The laser machine for cutting pipes

Fruit of the long and consolidated experience of CUTLITE PENTA in the field of Laser machines, TUBE represents the future of laser technology applied to the cutting of metal tubes. The TUBE system is an automatic processing system that allows to obtain a finished part, complete with all the required cutting processes, in a single processing cycle.

This approach represents a technological and productive leap compared to traditional methods, which require multiple passes on different operating machines to subsequently perform the required cutting, deburring, drilling, facing, interlocking and special numerically controlled processes. All achieved with the speed, quality, precision, flexibility and reliability of laser technology. The system allows for the automatic processing of round, square and rectangular section tubes and open profiles.

TUBE head

TUBE systems boast a unique cutting head, the result of the ingenuity of our research and development department. The essential design, optimized to minimize maintenance, stands out for the completely sealed optical system, which guarantees a long life over time. The compact and modular configuration of the Tube head is characterized by the simplicity of the consumables.
