Cutlite Penta Plus Tube

The PLUS TUBE system represents the best choice in terms of high performance, structural solidity and high efficiency for both flat and tubular machining. The tube module completes the system making it versatile and dynamic.

The basic structure is made up of the PLUS system and the EVO 3 cutting head can handle up to 50 kW of laser power. It guarantees efficiency and reliability in the most intense processes while maintaining a high quality standard.

EVO 3 Head

The EVO3 cutting head is equipped with a capacitive sensor. The PLUS TUBE system uses the EVO 3 autofocus cutting head which, entirely designed by our research and development department and made with extremely high precision mechanics by Cutlite Penta, is also equipped with contact and temperature sensors.

Bevel Head

The head designed by Cutlite Penta allows you to perform these operations without penalizing the classic flat cut. The head, innovative in its mechanics, has optimised dimensions, is light and allows you to rotate +/- 45° in both cutting directions.

Laser sources

Fiber laser sources allow great versatility and allow cutting multiple types of metals. Developed as a single system, it can be coupled with a wide choice of fiber optic diameters. High efficiency, excellent beam quality and low electrical absorption are the peculiar characteristics.

The source is housed in a sealed, conditioned NEMA 12 cabinet so it can operate in harsh environments.

The high reliability of these sources guarantees very low maintenance costs.

Automatic loader

The PLUS TUBE system can be equipped with a tube loading and unloading system.

Maximum capacity 6 pipes with diameter ø 305 mm or maximum side 220 mm

Automatic loading of pipes from ø 20mm - max. ø 305 mm

Automatic loading of lengths from 1500 mm to 6500 mm, increaseable on request

Sliding surfaces entirely coated in plastic material to avoid damage and scratches on delicate pipes

Possibility of mounting on the operator side or rear area, to optimize the layout within the work area

Loading, unloading and warehouse

The PLUS TUBE system can be equipped with an in-line or 90° sheet metal loading and unloading system and with the addition of automatic storage warehouses.
